We did not get a friendly welcome and the receptionist could not find our booking.
the room was small and no drawers at all. breakfast was good but the only reason we stayed here was the close location for the secc. we wanted the mint hotel but could not get in. going to bryan adams concert in november lucky for us we are staying at the mint hotel.
Top Tip

I thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay at the Campanile. I was going to see somethng at the Secc so the location was excellent. A few things I liked; 1. The room was perfect for two people. 2. The vending machine supplied an excellent supply of treats. 3. The Shoe Polishing machine offered hours of entertainment. 4. The staff did not judge my friend and I for being two "hetrosexual" men spending a weekend in one of your hotel rooms.
From me and my "hetrosexual" friend, we thank you!

We were "bumped" from this hotel having booked 4 months ago specifically for the hotel's location. It was clear that as we had only booked for 1 night we were not important as others had booked for 5 nights. We think this hotel's customer service stinks and will never book this hotel again. We arrived at lunch time when this happened yet the hotel were still checking people in at 11pm! We are making a formal complaint.
Top Tip
Don't ever book this hotel

Ideally situated for conference delegates or visitors to the SECC which is a 5 minute walk away. A two stop train ride from Central Glasgow.
Top Tip
Limited choice of local restaurants within walking distance. Asian food in Rotunda close by is very good but expensive. You can eat from a Japanese, Thai and Cantonese menu and mix courses.
